Since 15 August 2023, all outpatient and inpatient care facilities can receive a grant of up to 12,000 euros for digital and technical equipment. The aim? To relieve the burden on carers and provide better care for those in need of care!

What is subsidised?

- Duty and route planning

- Digitisation of care documentation

- IT and cyber security

- Quality management and quality indicators

- Improved work processes and organisation

- Electronic billing of nursing services

- Training courses on digital skills

Who can receive the subsidy?

All care facilities approved in accordance with Section 72 SGB XI that acquire digital or technical equipment between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2030. 

How does the application process work?

You can submit the application either before or after the purchase. The application is sent to the responsible care insurance fund or its regional association.
